Why you should exercise

Exercise is a KEY to happiness. Research shows that people who exercise are healthier, more energetic, think more clearly, sleep better, and have delayed onset of dementia.

They get relief from anxiety and mild depression, comparable to medication and therapy. They perform better at work.

Also, although it’s tempting to plop down on the couch when you’re feeling drained, exercise is actually a great way to boost your energy level. Feeling tired is a reason to exercise, not a reason to skip exercise.

We all have those days where we do absolutely nothing yet we’re absolutely exhausted.

Remember: Objects at rest, stay at rest. Objects in motion, stay in motion. The more you do, the more you’re going to want to do. The less you do, the less you’re going to want to do.

No wonder my clients always feel amazing! (I’m making sure they’re exercising consistently. And when you exercise consistently…you’ll feel pretty amazing consistently!)
